Mr Keith Luthuli - what a wonderful and helpful person

I just want to give a big thank you to Mr Keith Luthuli, the Customer Care Co-ordinator, at Tracker. After calling the customer care number, our issue wasn't resolved and we send e-mails to try and get it resolved. Mr Luthuli called us and was very friendly, professional and helpful. He really did go the extra mile to help us and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that have any issues or queries regarding Tracker. Thank you Mr Luthuli, you helped us more than words can explain.
