Most Useless & *********** Company!!
Most useless & *********** company!! Save yourself the hassles and rather go elsewhere! You will be westing your time and cause non-stop issues in future! I never signed a contract with Tracker! I never paid any installments to Tracker! I took up insurance with Affinity 0- whom obviously have an agreement with Tracker. It was a pre-requirement to install a tracker in my vehicle. I was with this insurance for 2 years (2020 - 2021). The policy was cancelled in December 2021. More than a year later (April 2023), I received an SMS about 'arrears'. I contacted Tracker immediately advising them accordingly. I asked them to please remove me from their system. This never happened - instead they 'handed me over' to Brooks & Luyt Inc who continuously harass me over money I don't owe!! I have emailed both Tracker & Brooks Luyt multiple times, but I just get ignored! I have lodged formal complaints against Tracker & Brooks Luyt to hopefully get this resolved! That's the extent one needs to go to to sort out other people's incompetence!!
