Most pathetic customer service. Most pathetic service all round! 0 stars from me

I wish you could give you 0 stars! Right now I'm trying to find someone who can assist in giving me details for possibly and ombudsman who deals with these pathetic companies. First and foremost I pay for services I've never received. I required road side assistance and was told my battery is dead by a consultant who was sitting in a damn call center nowhere near my vehicle. This month I was charged an amount of R862 and I was told it's because I chose to have sms notifications. R462 OF SMS NOTIFICATIONS FOR A MONTH! this is ****** ridiculous. I've made numerous calls. Those *********** fools just place you on hold and leave you there. Yesterday itself was an almost 36 minute call of being continously placed on hold. As if they're going to reimburse me my contract fees as well. Customer service is the worst I've even experienced, I mean this is even worse than a retail store at closing time on a Friday night! The absolute worst. They don't wish to help you. They damaged my vehicle when installing the tracker and my husband and I had to call in 50 times before someone came through to assist. I even asked them, if the police stop me for my lights not working must I say tracker technicians broke it and they opened a job card for me. Gosh, such a joke! Please let me know if anyone has details for an ombudsman. I will make sure I get out of this pathetic contract that does nothing good in my life. I should have known better when I had tracker installed in one vehicle and they gave me an R11 discount for the second. A whole R11 I'm so lucky wow. I've exhausted my options. I've called in. I've emailed. They pick and choose when they Wana work. Bunch of fools!
