Most pathetic after service and tracking company

I had a tracking system with them and their device had disconnected 78 days and they have not fixed the tracking system till today, I called them mutiple to fix it but they have failed to make it an urgent matter. During these 78 days my lost my car for almost 48 hours and I reported, which they said they will search for the vehicle and will notify all police stations, lookout, etc and they never found the vehicle and luckily I was also searching for the vehicle on my side, the funny thing is that found my car at police station, which made me wonder which police stations did they contact. So morale of the story is that they have a pathetic after service, their whole staff and managers are pathetic, so if you thinking of a tracking don’t go for tracker if you still love your car.
