Month to month contract my foot

Lost my job due to Covid19. Send several emails and even asked for assistance on website to negotiate a better installment which just increases from the day of installation. Nobody called me back. I eventually reversed my debit order. That got their attention. Very unhelpful gent on the other side. Wanted to cancel there and then. Hoever eventually he said he will get someone to call me back. Very polite and service oriented gent helped me to get a good deal on monthly payments. Now i have a month to month contract. Those months that i did not pay it is understood that i did not have service as per contract. However they still wanted me to pay for those months. Or they would hand me over. A young lady from accounts got someone to call me who explained this, reduced this back payments but still could not resolve the back payment issue i have... No payment - no service supp****. I decided to cancel my contract completely. They will not get another cent from me. After being a Client for such a long time, they cannot and will not help an unemployed covid19 effected client.
