Month - month contract turned into 3 year contract due to poor admin

<p>I was on a month to month contract with tracker when I was with Mi Way. The car was written and I was advised that I can move my tracker from one vehicle to the next to avoid a contract. Tracker took forever in doing this. I ended up paying premiums for both ther old car and new car for months. One prenium was with Dial Direct and the other with Tracker and they were debiting my account straight. At the end of the issue, they opted not to refund me but use that cash for my tracker transfer cost. Now when I call them today. They know nothing of any payments made for that and they have nothing on their record and I am on a 3 year contract. The Supervisor Thapelo, said he will retrieve calls but I am not sure, what calls as he did not even understand or took time to even return my call. He is in long meetings, so I am told.</p>
