Money making scheme which does not care about fellow men

I had a tracking device installed in my car by Tracker SA , then on the 5th of October 2019 was involved in a car accident and the vehicle was written off. I just called tracker to cancel the subscription of the car. The lady i got to said i must continue to pay for the tracker devices ot settlemt the outstanding amount . How can i pay for something that i dont have or dont use which was caused by an unforseen circumstance i could have been death all they care about is money
