Money debited without communication

I bought a car at kia Heidelberg the sales lady was very professional I was told that the car comes with a fitted tracker which is included in the price of a car I told them that I do not need it and I did not authorize it to be activated for the past 3 days I have been sending emails to tracker and they are not responding to me I need to know who gave them authority to take my hard earned money when the country is facing this Covid-19.i pandamic. I want my money to be reversed as soon as possible and I do not want any dealings with tracker ever in my life
