Misrepresentation and underhand actions after agreements

I had to stop some debit orders due to me going on pension and not receiving any pension payout for a Month, and did contact all my creditors to this effect. One of these was Tracker Connect and after many harassing calls form them and explaining the situation the consultant and myself agreed to a payment. I did also notify them of my intention to cancel the contract in writing as is required. In August 2017 using a different reference number Tracker deducted two months payments in one foul swoop. Then in September they simply went again using another different reference number on the debit order and deducted the cancellation fee. I went to the bank to check this and was informed what they did was **********. I did also make arrangements via Mails and calls with reference numbers to settle all outstanding amounts in September and was sent a final account and banking details and acceptance of the agreement letter sent to me by them. Am so glad to be rid of them its a great relief but honesty still is the best policy, They were not.
