****mers and *******

I have never received such bad service in my life. Traker is a bunch of ****mer's and *******. I have switched to tracker because of my new insurer, I got an email about the products they provide and called to add a key tag to my account. They knew that they don't provide Key Tags anymore but still they let me enter into a contract. That was in 2022 already, till date i still haven't received the key tag. But they have been deducting money since 2022 for the Key tag that i don't even have. I have been calling them for months since 2022 and still no one is able to cancel this key tag service. I am paying for something that i don't even have. Tracker are ******* and I regret moving to them. I was fine at Car Track and Matrix they provide better service
