Do not waste your money with these ****mers!
1 month ago, the tracking unit on my bike was disconnected as a driver had ****** the vehicle.
Not only was I not informed by tracker, but their recovery services and feedback afterwards has been appalling.
Managers refuse to get back to me despite having called in and made multiple escalations- they just continue to lie and claim they will get back to me.
Tracker has also refused to give me the trip log for this vehicle and have no interest in dispatching recovery services to the locations I have asked them to go to.
An absolute waste of my money- I will be moving all 6 of my other vehicles to a service provider that actually offers the service advertised.
Please don’t make the same mistake I have by trusting this company with your vehicles.
