Tracker consultant are very *********** I made payment on my account and they still debited I requested a refund and Tania Pretorius sent me an email on the 28th of March saying a refund was processed and it will reflect in my account within 3 - 5 working days! I have been sending her emails and she’s not responding I called the call centre spoke to very rude relaxed Lerato who put me on hold until my airtime ran out! She didn’t even bother to call me back nor send me an email. I bought airtime I called again think it was ntabiseng I told her already Lerato made m hold for too long until my airtime ran out she also tells me to hold for 3 minutes is that logical?? My airtime cut off AGAIN!!! No1 bothered to get back at me! I would not recommend tracker to anyone ****S
