Tracker connect they are ****mers, I'm not happy with the service I received from them, I started using them on the 20th December 2023 and they did not capture my details correctly when they do the change of ownership from dealer to me, the app was not working and the so called panic button is was useless. When I called them on the 28th December 2023 to cancel coz I don't feel safe with them they ghosted me. Today I called them again and they acknowledged their mistake but they are charging me R1600 cancelation fee. From 20 December 2023 to 28 December 2023 R1600.
