Massive ****

Absolute ****tiest company i have had to deal with, i think they more likely to kill me in an accident than save me, my whole experience i have had is when they call me to put me on hold for 10 mins, now that i sold my vehicle i am stuck inside of a **** of cancellation, even though on signup this was not stipulated, my vehicle already had this device when i bought it. Now that i saved them the convience of not having to install a device i must pay R2500 without any of my other options as i dont own this vehicle anymore. I dont even know if it is actually cancelled because everytime they call their phone lines go down and i get an sms saying they have tried to contact me multiple times. Their customer support is one of the worst in this country. Very unhappy customer and will never use them again and tell everyone to stay away.
