Malfunctioning tracking device and falsified tracking alerts

Would like to cite my frustration and humbly seek your intervention concerning the Improper and ********* customer service I have been subjected to by TRACKER CONNECT.

I had their tracking unit installed on my car from 0October 2020. However, there seem to be malfunctions on the unit. This view is derived from the fact that I am forever receiving calls from the tracking company that my vehicle is being tampered with, that the battery is disconnected and that the their records indicate that the vehicle has not moved for consecutive days. Which would be falsified tracking alerts.

I have repeatedly sent emails of complaints to the company in question, have repeatedly called their customer service but from December to date, I have not been assisted. This is despite the security threat the company is continuously subjecting me to. It is rather unfair that I pay for the installed tracker RELIGIOUSLY.

I have even began to speculate that they are doing it deliberately so as to leak my information to their peers to have my POOR VEHICLE ******... I have asked them to release me from the contractual stipulations of my Contract so I can be free to seek an alternative service provider which is capable to cater for my security needs...

I am forever fearful that my car would bbe ******, my contacts no longer take their daily falsified calls, I fear driving it. Basically, I am frustrated with THE DIS-SERVICE TRACKER CONNECT IS SUBJECTING ME TO. I humbly seek a recourse to this
