Male function of tracker unit

I had a Tracker in my vehicle. On the 20/21 of June while I was a way we had a break in and my vehicle was ****** from our property. My son in law to be phoned Tracker. They \activated"the unit but they did not get a signal. Eventually the car was found by Metro Police while they were doing routine checks on the wednesday. I contacted tracker when I got back from Italy and asked them to give me a report on why my Tracker Unit did not function. Eventually someone went to take the tracker unit out of my vehicle. Sins that day I phoned then numerous times but no one wants to give me any answers. All I get from them is someone will get back to me. The guy who took the unit out said its not functioning and he must send it to be tested. After two weeks I phoned and the unit was still not send to be tested. I paid for a unit that is not working and still paying for a unit which I don't have. I also phoned there main complaince department and still no feedback. Tracker state they are the best and make promises to people but they can't comply with any of that. I got the serial number and a picture of the unit that did not work.
