Lying to customers

I am very luch disappointed and frustrated with this company i use to trust so many years. They did a fitment on my car after that when i start the vehicle alarm went on, hooting, flashing indicators all the way of which i am also an hazard to ather motorist i called them to lodge a complain many times they keep on lying to me that my complain was escalated its now the third day without any help only lies from all the consultants attended my complain

Their service is very poor i cant even refer a client to them
