*********ly taking money off your account

I’ve cancelled my account in March and no longer have the car. I have called numerous times and have been assured the policy will be cancelled, yet they still deduct money from my account.

I stopped the debit order. But still they take my money via new DO. Almost exactly like another user experienced.

Definitely logging a complaint with the ombudsman.
