Lindiwe Patricia Dhladhla was exceptional, polite, and very professional. Lindiwe contacted me to alert me about my monthly premium, which did not go through for the month of February. She advised me on various avenues at my disposal, which I could use to bring the premium up to date. Her call was preceded by her colleague named Lucky Pilane the previous day, who was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and incredibly rude and irrational. When I informed Lucky that he is very professional and I take exception to his conduct, he arrogantly responded by saying my sentiments are merely an opinion, insinuating that as a client my feedback is of less significance in the bigger scheme of things. Lindiwe, you changed my perception about your organization and keep up the good work!! To the powers that be Lucky Pilane is mispresenting your organization and subsequently tarnishing the image and reputation of your organization!! Consequently, I demand an apology!!
