Struggling for 6 days now to get the tracking app (a service I pay for) to work. No support.

20 Mar 2024, 16:07I did 3 security checks with your consultants on line today and nobody could assist me to reset my app, I'm paying for, to work. They couldn't even tell me where my vehicle is.
