Lack of help to cancel a policy.

We have been contacting tracker since Tuesday 3 September 2024, it is now 9 September 2024 and aboksifely now one has even bothered to help us cancel our contract. We phone everyday and get told we have to email etc, we do that and the policy is still not cancelled, 2nd time taking to hello Peter to get help to cancel a contract for a deceased family member, Utterly shocked by trackers response time and lack of no help.
