Kindly assist with this matter
During the initial lockdown last year towards end of march,i had an arrangement to stop the debit order till we on level 2.To my surprise in july last year they debited R800 without any communication with me as their client of which i strugg**** with groceries that month. And today they again debited a sum of R1,671 Without my concent.
