It's nightmare to cancel

It's worst company I have come across. It's a nightmare to cancel the contract. I requested them to get the early termination fee and they submitted it to me I paid the amount now they just don't respond to my mail. The person called Thabo I have sent him numerous emails and he just doesn't care to respond.
