ITC LISTING
<p>i had an account with tracker (CLI ********** ) which i have cancelled 30th of March 2017 and i was trold there is an outstanding amount of R433 which i paid if full. spoke to Itikeng Malokewho the Customer Services Agent assured me that the dispute will be removed within 7 working days. today i check my credit score and suprised to see the " bad debt written off R433" whih was paid 6 months ago still refrect there. i called in and i was adviced that there is R800 cancellation fee that is outstanding . really, i was never adviced on this amount beofre. even on the letter the Agent sent me there is nothing of such regards. i am really dissapointed in your service guys and non disclosure are agains the FAIS act. you must disclose anything to the client and advice them of any Fee or Charges regarding the. am a very ****ed off Client guys </p>
