Is Tracker Connect useful or useless?

I am so dissapointed with Tracker it really was one of the best tracking service providers before I ACTUALLY HAD AN INCIDENT. Here is my story:

On the 21st of April 2019 I got hijacked, it was a Sunday. The guys managed to kidnap me for a few hours until They found the tracker (im assuming), hence they let me go. Immediately after I arrived at the police station I called Tracker. They attempted to get the vehicle from the last location but with no luck they couldnt find it. For the next 3 days they kept sending me SMS'es that they "couldnt find my vehicle but still looking". I felt like they were not doing much so I decided to look for my own car.

On Wednesday, 24 April 2019, at about 8:30 I got a lead that my car was parked at someone else's garage. I made an instant decision right there to call Tracker and the Captain handling my case to go look for it.. I gave them the exact location, but they never went at that time. I called them again at 3pm, same day, to ask if they went to the location I had sent them. The consultant I was dealing with told me "its a process and they don't just rock up at a location they have to follow the lead and investigate". The captain at the police station told me about not having search warrants. So I let it go. At that time I'm like " I'm no longer looking for this car, I give up".

Around 5 PM, same day, I realised that I cant give up that easily. I mean the car is just there. I decided to contact friends in the SAPS and flying squad to go look for the car. I sent them the location and the pictures. At about 5:30 PM, my friend sends me a text with a picture of my car telling me that it has been recovered. I was so relieved.... Tracker then has the audacity to call me at 6 PM telling me that they had recovered my vehicle. I was so angry, I wanted to tell them sh*t but I contained myself because I was overcome by excitement, so I played along.

My points are: 1. Why didn't Tracker respond on time to the Lead I took my time to find ? 2. How many Tracking devices did they install in my car? 3. Why wasn't my vehicle recovered sooner? 4. Why did they not recover the vehicle themselves without my help? 5. Is Tracker really necessary ? 6. Should I sue them ? 7. Should they be compensating me for the job I did for them? 8. Must I install the same Tracking device or do I need to switch to another service provider ? 9. Where was my panic button ? It was not in my car.

But the bigger question is: Is Tracker Connect useless to me ? My vehicle had Tracker Care which is supposed to be the top of the range.

I need answers ASAP Guys... This is nonsense. I request a detailed report of how you recovered my car, since you are adamant your guys found it...
