Is Tracker a quiz company or do they offer a tracking service.

I have recently bought a new vehicle, which had a tracker installed with the dealership. The suggested that I keep the tracking devise and transfer it to my name. I had cancelled a previous contract with Tracker due to bad service, but thought it makes sense to transfer this unit to my name as I do not have to go through the hassle of having a new tracking device installed. I had received a form to complete with my personal and banking details. This was filled out and submitted. After the first debit order was due, I get a message that the debit order did not go through due to incorrect banking details. I re-confirmed and my detail is definitely correct. At some point I get a temporary password, which I only learned that it had to be updated with a permanent password once it had already expired. SO now I try to reset the password. I am asked a question where I was born. I enter the city where I was born and a message popped up to tell me the answer is incorrect. I call the call center where then I am asked 500 new questions, apparently to make sure it is really me. I cannot tolerate this kind of bul**** as I am now expected to win the quiz before I can proceed to get the service which I am actually paying for. So Tracker, if you do not sort out my issue without any further questions you are loosing me again!!!!!
