***********, irresponsible Company

Really outraged by this company. They captured my vehicle on my right number plate when fitting the device. Yet now over 2 years later I received a new invoice with a completely new number plate. When I spoke to someone, they said only the vehicle was covered. Which means that I have been paying for over 2 years without the peace of mind. If my vehicle was ******, they would never honour it because they had the wrong number plate. Please refund me for the over 2 years premiums so that I can cancel and join another tracking system. The last time, years ago, they had a vehicle from Umlazi under my name. Yet I don't live in Umlazi and the car was not mine. I excused them but now it's too much because it show their lack of professionalism, irresponsibility and incompetence. This is shocking. I hope everyone learns from this and insures with a reputable company who can really cover your vehicle.
