Installation of Tracker

Absolutely pathetic service. I recently installed a tracker from Tracker Connect on my vehicle 3 days ago and it has since not been working. I am constantly put on hold and nothing is done to escalate the matter efficiently. Tracker was very fast to take out the money for both December and January (for reasons unknown as to how it is fair to take out a payment for January as well) but very slow to fix an issue which was the fault of Tracker Connect due to their own technicians not installing the tracker correctly.

In addition, Tracker needs to update their terms and conditions as how is it fair that if my vehicle is ****** and we cannot track the vehicle due to Trackers negligence of not installing the tracker properly, they are not liable when the sole reason why everyone puts a tracker on their vehicle is to protect themselves and to locate their vehicles faster if the car gets ******.

I would not and shall not recommend Tracker connect to anyone else and the service can only be described as infuriating and ***********.
