Inefficient processes and late response
I've been with tracker for over five years, I'm not happy withtheir process when in dangerous areas. They do not call to check if a client is safe anymore, instead they send a text message, worse part when pressing the panic button to test whether it's still working or not, they call 30 minutes later. I'm looking for something better as is.
