INCREDIBLE AGAINST CPA AND ******ION
My battery went dead this morning and I had to have my car boosted in order for me to get to work at great inconvenience as anyone who has been in this situation would imagine.

I took my car in to the experts at Battery Center and after many tests they informed me that my battery is still good but that the tracker device is causing my car battery to be drained.

When signing up with Tracker, I was never informed that their device would damage my battery and my electrics.

I was also never contacted by anyone at tracker advising me that I should be expecting this kind of problem.

Fortunately my contract has expired and I am no longer obligated to Tracker.

Tracker is however the only company that knows where this device is and can remove it. However after calling the call center, I am told that to take out this defective device, which is now causing more damages to the electrics in my vehicle, I must pay them R395. This is outrageous to say the least. The only reason for me wanting this device to be taken out is because it is defective and is damaging my vehicle. Why should I have to pay for this? This is against the CPA and is ******ion.

Incredible.
