INCREASE IN PREMIUM WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

In September i received a letter stating that my premium is increasing, i was not happy about the increase so i wrote back and a guy by the name of De Wet Mouton a manager responded to say they will not increase, month end i saw an amount go off but it was R25.00 more meaning it incresed, i responded to the same letter and Murcia Smit responded to say it is tracker agility that said there is no increase but tracker connect increased, now i pay tracker, wether it is agility or connect i do not know as the are one umbrella to me, iam requesting a refund and my premium to stay on 225.00, even worse because atleast agility had the decency to send me a letter which is more than i can say for that connect.
