Incorrectly billed for outstanding balance

Tracker -

Recieved a suspension letter instead of of a cancelation letter.

Outstanding balance of R 968.94

The in question was a trade in last year November and I called tracker to cancel and I was advised that they have canceled

Ytd I would recieve notifications of debits from my acc and I would reverse them ,cause I nolonger have the car that was being debited for

Fast track last week 06 Sep 24 I called again to cancel and the guy who assisted me advised that within 48 hrs I will receive my Cancellation letter.

Instead I got a suspension letter with outstanding balance of R 968.94

Poor customer service
