Incorrect unit installed
I Signed up with tracker SA in 2017 ,only in 2020 I was told the unit they installed in my car is not what I initially wanted. I was then assisted by Charelle Olivier who advised on email that contract will be cancelled by October at NO COST and no further debit order will go off
2 weeks ago a debit order went off. I phoned tracker today (call ref CL***7) Kgomo told me that my car tracker is still active until January and if I cancel I will pay
Urgently sort this out
