Incorrect Transunion report

I have had a contract with Tracker for a month, but cancelled due to poor service. I have kept to the terms and conditions of the contract and paid the R1 200.00 cancellation fee, only to find that my name has been loaded and reported to ITC for R200.00 <br> <br> According to my knowledge and proof I only had to pay the cancellation fee nothing else.<br> <br> Please remove my name from ITC and send proof that it has been done.
