Incorrect Tracker Logbook Data & No Resolution

I logged a query with Tracker South Africa regarding incorrect kilometre readings on my vehicle logbook.

From the start, the system reflected an incorrect odometer reading of 52 km, while the correct starting value is 66,250 km. Despite multiple emails and providing the correct information, the issue remains unresolved.

To make matters worse:

I was provided with completely incorrect odometer values (e.g. 140,755 km and 178,690 km), which do not match my actual vehicle readings I received communication referencing future dates (August 2026), which raises serious concerns about the accuracy of both the system and support responses I was instructed to contact a supervisor instead of the issue being handled properly

I have since received only an automated acknowledgement, with no follow-up, no contact, and no correction of the data.

This is not a minor issue: The logbook is currently unusable for SARS tax purposes The incorrect data creates potential risk for insurance-related records I am paying for a system that is expected to provide accurate and reliable tracking data Expectation:

I require:

Full correction of all odometer data (historical and current) A clear explanation of how these errors occurred Confirmation that the system will reflect accurate data going forward

At this stage, the lack of resolution and communication is unacceptable.
