Incorrect Debit Messes up my credit record

I received an email advising me that a test was done on the unit in my car and nothing was received therefore I need to take the car in and have a new unit fitted \at no cost\" I took the car and had the unit fitted and today I check my account and a debit of R1309.01 was charged for the Tracker device, I called in and was told that they would reverse the amount in 3days however my other debit orders will be returned and I will have to pay unpaid charges and my credit record is being messed up all because Tracker Accounts department is ***********.<br> <br> I need this resolved today and any charges incurred Tracker will have to take liability for as this is an error on their side NOT MINE!!!!."
