Incorrect bill led to hand over to debt collectors

Merely after a few months I thought my problems with tracker have been resolved I was very wrong. I now have to deal with debt collectors who claim that I owe their client tracker an amount i'm not aware of. Please work on communicating with your customers before running to debt collectors as that ruins your reputation. It's inconveniencing to deal with one service provider's problems all the time.
