*** Incompetence supervisor
Tracker debited my account twice for 2 cars. I spoke to a few agents before they could put me through to their supervisor- ***. this c center guy guaranteed that my money would b reverses after 3 working days......I am still waiting. The level of incompetence is unacceptable. I was on the phone the whole day last week Tuesday. Tracker service is just the worst.
