Incompetence

On Friday last week as I was going through the Tracker connect app, I choose an option to receive notifications when I switch off the ignition on my car. Today I tried cancelling that but I did not succeed. I called Tracker customer care service. I am glad I made this call because I received the biggest shock of my life, my car details were wrongly captured- wrong make and model. I am shocked because I trust tracker to help me locate my should it go missing, how were they going to track my car if they have the wrong details/car on their system?

This is worrying, I contacted them and sent them an email, I am hoping that someone will call me top sort out this mess.
