Impossible to leave

I have been trying to leave Tracker SA now for just under two weeks. This is proving to be near impossible. It started with appalling service, which led me to cancel my contract with Tracker. I was then told the retentions dept will phone me in 48 hours, this didn't happen, I had to phone in and complain to several people before being transferred to the retentions dept (which I was told cannot be done). I was then told by the gentleman in the retentions dept that the bookings dept computers are off line, and he will e-mail my details to them so that they can phone me back to book a technician to come and remove your device from my car. Yet another lie, because this was on Monday.... Today is Friday.... Not a single word! <br> I have been told so many lies by so many people in Tracker SA that I don't know what or who to believe anymore....
