IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL WITH TRACKER...!!

I am trying to cancel my Tracker subscription - but having no success.<br> I was insured by Auto & General, and as part of their offering, took a Tracker subscription for my vehicles.<br> Since I cancelled with Auto & General 6 months ago, I have tried numerous times to cancel my Tracker Subscription, but they keep on billing me, and keep sending me sms's that I am in arrears.<br> Or they ask in the sms that I contact them, and when I phone, I have to listen to the automated answering system for several minutes, and then when and if I eventually get through to an actual person, they are unable or unwilling to properly help me to get this subscription cancelled.<br> I have asked on several occasions that they phone me back, but also to no avail.<br> Also on their Website - there are a lot of functionalities, but nothing iro cancelling.<br> To everyone out there - THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SIGN ON WITH TRACKER!!!
