Impossible to cancel contract
No comment on their ability to track cars however their business practices and customer service are terrible. I sold my car a few years back. It took me a while to realize that they had a debit order.
Despite speaking to multiple customer service agents, I have been unable to cancel my contract. I have been forced to cancel the debit order at the bank.
