Impossible to cancel contract
It has been impossible to cancel a contract with Tracker. You give them 2 months notice in writing to cancel a contract but they refuse to process the cancellation request. You need to phone in on the date the contract ends to give a months notice as they do not process written notification. Rude customer service/retention consultants.
