I’m not sure about how I’d rate Tracker connect as a company given the nature of my call, but I was very happy with the two ladies whom I spoke to, Rethabile and Princess, very sympathetic and professional, rethabile put me through to Princess who told me what to do to have my car tracker softer reseted/updated, not had the chance to drive it yet but will do so later on today. I’m happy with the ladies.
