I bought my car 3yrs ago which dealer installed tracking device as part of the deal. I was then told I could sign a contract with tracker to activate it. I was contacted by tracker but I told them I would not activate it since I'm insured with discovery and they have their own tracking device. I have never signed a contract with tracker. 3 years later they tell me I owe them and need to pay. I've asked for a contract or something that proves I agreed they can't provide this to me. Ive asked for thee call recording when I told them I'm not interested conviently they don't have the recording. Tracker is asking me to pay for something I did not agree to
