I wonder why Tracker is still in business

Tracker must be the most useless tracking company ever, their unit is draining my battery and they were supposed to come and repair it but instead they didn't honour the appointment and someone from their office was supposed to call me on Monday and they didn't, I guess they could not be bothered. I made the means to call them and send them an email, only to be kept on hold for more than 10 minutes. Yesterday while fetching my daughter from her school, my battery drained and I was stuck and I was left alone with my daughter and I was not feeling safe, taking into account the crime stats in our country, this morning again my car would not start because of their unit. I'm sick and tired and want to reap out their unit out of my car, I'm frustrated and angry.
