I was billed twice and tried to resolve it with them it took 2 months for them to resolve my issue and that was after I threatened to post on social media

I was billed twice and tried to resolve it with them it took 2 months for them to resolve my issue and that was after I threatened to post on social media. Secondly, sometimes my tracker indicates that the car is in another city while the car is not there.
