I want my account closed

Last year November I received a phone call from a tracker employee regarding my account which was behind, I told him that I have no need for the account since I've sold the car. He gave me an amount that I needed to pay so my account can be closed and I made a single debit order arrangement. The debit order went through successfully and I thought my account will be closed as per my request. Two months later a debit order goes through my account and am being told that my account is still open which I find it to be very unfair.
