I requested my Tracker subscription be cancelled, and they insist i have a 3 year contract
I requested my Tracker subscription be cancelled, and they insist i have a 3 year contract. They also insist i have to pay the insane R1200 cancellation fee. I did not sign a contract stating a 3year period. According to my knowledge i was on a month to month basis. I will not do business with them again.
