I had a car that was fitted with a tracking unit by the Pineapple insurance

I had a car that was fitted with a tracking unit by the Pineapple insurance. The car has since been in the accident and was written off in November 2023. Few months later Tracker started sending me statements that I have an overdue account. I was never in any agreement with tracker, the unit was gitted by the insurance so I do not understabd why I am liable for a R1000 cancellation fee. Tracker should take this up with the insurance. I didnt not like the service I recieved from their agent when I called to enquire about this. I will not agree to pay something I didnot signup for.
